Terms of Service — Zahra Threads

By accessing zahrtreads.pk or placing an order with Zahra Threads, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

We aim to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, measurements, photographs, and other information as accurately as reasonably possible.

Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric characteristics, or production variations.

Made to Order products may have minor natural variations because they are prepared individually.

Prices

Product prices and availability may change from time to time without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will be the price shown or otherwise confirmed when the order is accepted.

Payment

Our standard payment arrangement is:

50% Advance + Balance on Delivery

The normal advance amount is approximately 50% of the order value. However, Zahra Threads may agree with a customer to accept a different advance amount.

Advance payments are currently accepted through JazzCash.

The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of delivery unless another arrangement has been confirmed.

An order may remain unconfirmed until the required advance payment has been received and verified.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

Zahra Threads may contact the customer to verify order details, measurements, availability, address information, payment details, or other relevant information before confirming an order.

Made to Order Products

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and confirming requested design details for Made to Order products.

Production timelines may vary and will be communicated separately.

Shipping

Zahra Threads currently ships within Pakistan only.

Our standard shipping charge is Rs 250, subject to future revision.

Estimated shipping times are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and cancellations are governed by our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation and Advance Refund

If a customer requests cancellation, Zahra Threads may contact the customer to understand the reason and attempt to resolve the concern.

If the customer still wishes to cancel, the advance payment will be refunded according to the agreed refund arrangement.

Intellectual Property

The Zahra Threads name, logo, product photographs, website content, graphics, designs, and other original brand materials may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

Website Availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the complete absence of technical errors.

Limitation

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Zahra Threads may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version displayed on the website will apply from the date it is published.
